Koldům is an important developmental element of modern architecture after the Second World War, a building of technical monument of world importance. At the time, he presented a new style of living and comprehensive amenities. Hilski from 1947 to 1958, is registered in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic and is in the interest of UNESCO.
